Askio

Async video Q&A marketplace

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Product Strategy
  • Payments & Compliance

I started Askio to solve a simple problem: creators have knowledge people will pay for, but no easy way to sell direct access to it. On Askio, fans pay to ask a creator a question and get a personal video answer back.

As solo founder, I’ve built it end to end. I built the product, designed the commercial model and secured the UK trademark. When the original payment setup couldn’t support the model, I rebuilt the payment architecture from scratch. Askio is now pre-launch and security-hardened, and I’m preparing an invite-only rollout.

L’Oréal Brandstorm: ESCENT

  • Innovation Strategy
  • Data & Loyalty
  • Team Leadership

Reached the Top 4 in the UK Finals of L’Oréal Brandstorm 2026 against 6,000+ applicants.

Brandstorm is L’Oréal’s global innovation competition. The problem we took on: L’Oréal Luxe can see aggregate sales across its fragrance brands, but not a single customer’s journey with a brand over their lifetime.

With my team, I helped design ESCENT, an NFC-powered authentication and loyalty platform. Customers tap their bottle to verify it’s genuine, turning a physical touchpoint into first-party data for L’Oréal. We built it around L’Oréal’s proprietary Osmobloom™ data so competitors couldn’t copy it, then developed the business model and a three-year rollout plan behind it.

Ferrari: Bond Street flagship strategy

(ESCP coursework — Consumers & Consumer Value module, academic project, not a live Ferrari engagement)

  • Luxury Strategy
  • Consumer Research
  • Financial Modelling

Presented to a judging panel that included Ferrari employees, where my team placed in the top 3 of 12 teams.

My team and I acted as external consultants to Ferrari, developing a go-to-market strategy for a new Ferrari lifestyle flagship store on Bond Street. The risk we set out to avoid: a generic store would make Ferrari feel like just another Bond Street retailer. So we positioned it as a cultural institution rather than a point of sale.

We grounded the strategy in ethnographic fieldwork across Bond Street’s luxury stores, and designed for three distinct consumer personas. That gave us a three-part customer experience — the Heritage Archive, the Ferrari Lab and the Ferrari App — benchmarked against Ferrari’s real Milan flagship.

To show the concept held up commercially, I modelled projected Year 1 revenue of £64.7M at a 32.8% EBIT margin, built from stated assumptions and external benchmarks rather than round numbers.
